Please read these terms of use carefully before using the site MatchLust.com (hereinafter referred to as simply ”MatchLust”, ”Matchlust”, ”MatchLust Forbidden Desires”, ”Services” or the ”Service”) which is operated and provided by the platform owner (hereinafter referred to as “We, Us, Our” in the text). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and MatchLust.com regarding the access and use of our website, platform, services,

Access to and use of the Service requires that you accept and comply with these terms of use. These terms of use apply to all visitors, users and others who have access to and/or use the Service.

By registering as a member of the Service and creating a user account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these terms of use. If there is anything in these terms of use that you cannot accept, you have no right to use the Service.

Changes to the terms of use

MatchLust has the right to change the terms of use at any time at its own discretion. As MatchLust.com is a service that is under development and is offered as a Beta version, these Terms of Use will be under constant development and will change and be updated frequently. It is your responsibility as a user to continuously check the Terms of Use and update yourself on any changes. As long as MatchLust is in beta, we will only communicate changes to the Terms of Use via community posts on MatchLust.com. If changes to the Terms of Use are such that you as a user can no longer accept the Terms of Use, your user account must be terminated and you must refrain from using the Service. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the Terms of Use as they are written.

Membership

To become a member and register a user account, you must be at least 18 years old and of legal age. If we suspect that you are under 18 years of age, we have the right to request verification of age for continued membership.

When you register as a member by creating a user account with us, you must provide truthful and accurate information and ensure that you always keep your information updated and accurate. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions, which may result in your user account and membership being terminated on our service. MatchLust has the right to require verification of the information provided for continued use of the site, if suspicion arises that the user profile has been created with false information. This also includes being able to verify published images that are believed to depict the person behind the profile.

You are responsible for protecting the password that you use to access the Service and may not under any circumstances disclose your login information to anyone else. You also have a duty to notify us if your login information and/or your user account fall into the wrong hands.

Under no circumstances may you create user accounts that give the appearance that you have an administrative role on MatchLust.com or otherwise impersonate someone or something that you are not. The username you choose must also have a certain degree of decency and must not be considered offensive by the Service.

Membership in the Service is basically free of charge. However, the Service may provide features and services that only apply to paying members at various levels. We reserve the right to include features that are currently free of charge in whole or in part among the features that are only available to paying members.

Each new user account on MatchLust will be reviewed and approved before you are given full access to the Service. To be approved, the user profile must be properly completed and considered serious.

It is okay to have an individual account (girl or boy) even if you also have a couple account with someone else. However, it is not allowed to have multiple user accounts of the same type with the same constellation. It is also not permitted to interact as a couple on MatchLust with an account intended for an individual. Should we discover that an individual account (girl account or guy account) is being used by more than one person, the account will be closed.

MatchLust has the right to deny membership if we suspect that the terms of use will not be followed. We also have the right to suspend or block users who do not comply with the terms of use and/or act harmfully to the Service in various ways. “Harmful behavior” includes rude and unkind behavior towards other members on MatchLust.

In the event of a violation of the terms of use and suspension of membership/user account, MatchLust has no obligation to refund any remaining paid premium days.

As a member, you always have the option to terminate your membership and delete your user account at any time. This is done by sending a termination request from the settings page for your user account. The user account will then be deleted by the admin within 24 hours and the account will then be completely deleted and cannot be recreated. Upon termination of the membership/user account, any remaining paid premium days linked to the user account will expire. However, MatchLust has the right to block the user and retain the user account in order to complete an ongoing investigation into the user.

Free membership requires that the member is not absent for longer than 3 months. Members who are absent for more than 3 months and are not VIP members may lose their membership and have their user account deleted without notice.

Member obligations and obligations

You are fully aware of and acknowledge that use of the service is entirely at your own risk. MatchLust only provides a service/tool ​​to enable contacts between people. We do not endorse any member on the site and you should be aware that contacts with other people on the site are at your own risk.

You are responsible for ensuring that everything you publish on the site is information or material that complies with applicable legislation, terms of use and copyright. You may not publish anything that you do not own the rights to. Nor advocate activities that violate Swedish law. MatchLust reserves the right to delete anything that may violate the terms of use or legislation and also has the right to demand compensation for anything that may be attributed to MatchLust in the form of damages and costs.

You accept that all information and material that you upload and/or share with others on MatchLust is stored by MatchLust. We do not require any information that can be linked to your identity except for your email address, which we will not publish publicly but will only be used for communication between the member and the Service.

You may NOT openly share personal information such as full name, email addresses or other information that can identify you or a third party. Exceptions for private messages between members on the Site. However, all transmission of information from the member is entirely at your own risk.

As a member of MatchLust, you are expected to act respectfully and nicely towards other members of MatchLust. Bad behavior towards others can lead to suspension from the Service, as it is perceived as you acting harmfully to the Service.

Questioning the behavior of other members should never be done openly in front of other members of MatchLust. If you think that a member is not behaving as they should and you want to point this out, you should report it to MatchLust’s administrators who will take appropriate action at our discretion.

All forms of advertising for services and/or products are prohibited on MatchLust. Exceptions are however allowed for your own non-commercial blog or website. Your MatchLust user account may NOT be used for commercial purposes.

MatchLust is a community that revolves around sex and for everyone’s well-being, we only allow political discussions related to sex on MatchLust. All other political discussions or political statements are prohibited on MatchLust and are relegated to other sites and communities. It is also not allowed to promote illegal activities such as drug use, sex purchases, etc.

It is strictly forbidden to take screenshots or otherwise save material and data from MatchLust that is created by another member for any purpose other than reporting errors.

Rules regarding Images and other Media

Users may only upload their own images that the user has the right to use and/or copyright to

Images where a real person other than the account holder is identifiable may not be published

Images showing a person must include the account holder as the main character

All people in the image must consent to publication

Images of people under the age of 18 may not appear

Profile images (avatars) with prominent sex or genitals are not allowed

Images that are uploaded may not be perceived as offensive

Images may not be perceived as advertising for any external service or site.

Images may not depict anything that is illegal under Swedish law, such as drugs, sex purchases or other criminal acts

Unsolicited dick pics are completely prohibited in private messages or forum threads.

It is therefore perfectly okay to upload purely pornographic material (including dick pics) as long as the images meet the above requirements.

Images published on a profile and which are assumed to depict the person behind the profile must be verifiable by the member upon request if there is suspicion that the images depict someone else.

MatchLust reserves the right to delete, without warning, material that does not comply with the above rules or that We for any reason perceive as inappropriate for MatchLust.com. Repeated or serious violations of the rules may lead to suspension of the user account.

MatchLust’s responsibility

MatchLust takes no responsibility for any damages incurred as a result of using the Service. This applies regardless of the type of damage.

MatchLust takes no responsibility for things that happen outside MatchLust.com. Any external links published on MatchLust are visited at your own risk. We also take no responsibility for any contacts with people outside MatchLust.

We only provide a platform via the web that enables contacts between individuals who use the service at their own risk. We DO NOT guarantee that the Service is always available without interruption. Errors may occur as a result of technical errors and mishaps. We undertake to operate and develop the Service to the best of our ability, but disclaim any liability for interruptions and errors that may occur due to causes beyond our control. We also have the right to take the site down for maintenance at any time. In general, however, maintenance will be announced on the site well in advance, but can also take place urgently without notice.

MatchLust’s administrators have the right to full access to all data concerning all users on the site in order to be able to investigate suspected crimes and ensure that nothing illegal is happening on MatchLust.

Beta version

MatchLust.com is currently considered a beta version, which means that the Service is under heavy and continuous development. This means that the likelihood of errors and interruptions in the Service as a whole or parts of the Service is higher than normal. Users of the service should be aware and have tolerance for the fact that disruptions may occur from time to time.

Definitions

To ensure clarity, we define certain key terms used in this agreement:
1. “Services”: Includes all features, content, functionalities, and offers provided by our website or platform.
2. “User(s)”: Any individual or entity accessing or using our Services, whether registered or not.
3. “Content”: Any text, images, videos, or other materials uploaded, shared, or posted by users.
4. “Account”: A personal account created by a user to access certain features of the Services.

Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use our Services:

• Reside within the European Union (EU), Norway, United Kingdom, or Ireland.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Payment Methods

All payments for subscriptions, credits, or any other features are processed in Euro (EUR) via secure payment gateways. By making a payment, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.

4 No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. We operate under a strict no refund policy, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
• User dissatisfaction with the Services.
• Account suspension or termination due to a breach of these Terms.
• Technical interruptions or downtime of the platform.

You acknowledge and agree that by completing a payment, you waive any right to claim a refund under any circumstances unless explicitly required by applicable law.

Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT). Taxes will be calculated and displayed during the payment process.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

Ownership

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Privacy Policy
