Purchase Terms for VIP Membership (Updated January 14, 2025)

By purchasing a VIP membership on this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms:
   • The payment will be renewed automatically unless you cancel the subscription.
   • You will receive a notification before your VIP membership expires.
2. Refund Policy:
   • Once the VIP membership is activated, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
   • By completing the purchase, you confirm that you waive any right to a refund after the membership is activated.
3. Membership Specifics:
   • VIP membership is tied to the user account on which it is purchased and cannot be transferred to another account.
   • The membership cannot be paused, suspended, or shared with other users.
4. Expiration and Renewal:
   • When the VIP membership expires, your account will automatically revert to a free membership.
   • VIP features and settings may not be retained if you repurchase a VIP membership after expiration.
5. Service Interruptions:
   • If the service is unavailable for an extended period (e.g., 24 hours or more) due to technical issues, the duration of your VIP membership may be extended by the equivalent downtime.
   • No compensation or extension will be provided for shorter interruptions.
6. Account Termination:
   • If your account is terminated due to a breach of the platform’s terms of service or community guidelines, your VIP membership will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
   • Examples of violations include fraudulent activity, harassment, or other actions that violate the platform’s rules.
7. Acknowledgment:
   • By purchasing a VIP membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these purchase terms.
   • You also acknowledge that the platform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your use of the service.
